Conference Venue

ICNP 2009 will be held at the Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel and Conference Center.

Group rates

US $149 for single OR double rooms. The Govt. rate is US $139. In addition, there is a 15% tax currently. Hotel Rooms will be blocked for October 12-15, 2009 nights. In addition, the group rate is available between October 7-20, 2009.

Reservation cut-off date

October 10, 2009, 5 pm US Eastern Daylight Time. Deposit is required, by credit card, check or money order for 1st night’s stay.

When you enter the date of arrival and departure and if your arrival and departure date is between October 7-20, 2009 (inclusive), a group code will be automatically applied. Telephone reservation

You may call Wyndham Reservations toll free at 877-999-3223 (US or Canada) to make a reservation. Please specify the Group Name as ICNP 2009.

Reservation guarantee

Reservation Guarantee: The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax received by the Hotel on or before October 1, 2009, (2) send a Hotel approved letter or form authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest’s credit card or (3) otherwise provide the Hotel with the guest’s credit card information by telephone in a Hotel acceptable manner. In addition, if a guest departs early, an early departure fee may apply. (Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received 48 hours prior to arrival date.)
